Fantastic service, and a great lively atmosphere. I really enjoyed the food, and it's one of the best places in Campbell River for a nice meal out.

First time visit - great food and service. We didn't have a reservation and really lucked out and got the last unreserved table!We started off with the most amazing fries, shoestring potatoes with garlic, parmesan and olive oil.The Greek platter was loaded 😍. Fall off the bone lamb, crisp calamari and fabulous spanakopita!The service was stellar. We left feeling full and spoiled 😊.

The food and service is second to none! So good in fact, that I commonly have 2 steaks instead of just one! :-)

Great food, great taps, slowest service ever. The bartender appears to be the issue. 20 minutes to get a beer, and then it was over an inch from The Fill line. Server was great and the food was good, but they got to improve the drink serving.

The atmosphere and service is top notch, some of the menu items are excellent: tuna poke, Mac and cheese, salmon burger, yet others are a bit bland: fish and chips and pizza. I recommend this place for a date or celebration as I always leave feeling satisfied and happy. The ocean views are a bonus!

Last night I had the privilege of eating at The 50th Parallel. Before sitting to eat we were greeted by the amazing staff who were prompt, polite, & carried an amazing energy throughout the night. We had ordered 3 appetizers & 2 mains. For our appetizers we recieved delicious halibites, perfectly seasoned pork bites, & the most delectable tzatziki dip we have ever tasted along side some fluffy bread. For our mains we ordered the 8 oz steaks that came along with some rice & roasted vegetables. The steaks were perfectly cooked to our liking. If I could describe this establishment it would be the way Marshall Eriksen describes the best burger in Newyork on the show How I Met Your Mother. Hats off to the Owner, Chef & Staff. Thank you for a wonderful night with awesome food & great company.

We got a last minute reservation on Valentine's day and the food, service and atmosphere were amazing and it was so affordable we ordered 3 desert!!

Service was outstanding! Good covid 19 protocols in place. It was really nice to go out for a meal. The order was not a 100% correct and our eggs were a little over cooked.

The mussels were fantastic! We had a great, attentive server named Marina, and the food came in good time. They have a great selection of local beers in house, and I found a new favourite, Big Rock Honey Brown!

We went for seafood apps (which were good) but the steak was amazing! What really made this experience was the chef. We were treated like friends, given personal attention, and left wishing this place wasn't a plane ride away. Thank you for a great evening!

So disapointed.Great location wonderful views but service and food are REALLY bad.21 bucks for one skewer of chicken, small potato, rice and a tiny dessert bowl of a soggy greek salad.The food was delivered cold and Waitress walked away , we had to ask for silverware.Might be good place for a drink and overpriced appy but dont plan a nice meal here as you will be disapointed.

First time there since the renovation. Disappointed, meat was tough, veggies much too undercooked but in all fairness, the taste was scrumptious. On a good note, our concerns were noted by head honcho in the kitchen, he came to our table with apology and asked that we give them a second chance and he took 50% off our bill. Fair enough, we walked out pleased and will certainly give them another try.Cheers

Surprisingly great appetizers. A quiet lazy afternoon eating parmesan buttered fries, peanut butter dumplings, hali bites, & pork bites. Fresh & tender. If you haven't been, it is worth the visit.

Overall the service was 5 star by Josh. The food was really good. The only thing was the fish and chips should have been drained a little more. A little oily.

Fifty Parallel is absolutely a great place for a high end date night. The food was delicious, hot, wonderful and fresh. We went with no reservation and were welcomed into the dining room like royalty. It's a very pleasant place to relax. We will be back and highly recommend Fifty Parallel!

To put things simply; the foods well made and priced rather affordably. Also, the staff really care about you experience here and it's not uncommon for the owner to come out and talk to you during the meal. Give them a shot, you wont regret it!

Delicious wings...nice and crispy and a wonderful peanut sauce. We also had pizza, delicious as well with a grest amount of toppings.The owner was fabulous, gave exactly what I was looking for on my pizza, bacon, mushrooms, peppers and onions. TYVM!I had a B52 coffee and it was perfect. Hot and delicious. Great staff...someone outside welcoming everyone and telling us how the flow works for ordering and seating. The server behind the counter taking our order was polite, friendly and did her job awesome. Ty to everyone here.We will be back again and telling our friends all about you. Looking forward to trying some Greek food next.

This is a really lively place with a great atmosphere. Please don't be put off by the waiting time if you haven't reserve a table - it's not long and it's absolutely worth it! Marina soon found me a table and the service by Kaarina was outstanding! The food was fresh and super tasty, and the local ale and cider offerings are fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to come here again.

Ordered appetizers and they were awesome. It would be rude not to stop here. Staff are friendly and they got a great selection of beers. Cutlery was impeccably clean, like really clean.. These guys run a tight ship.

The best meal I've had in ages! This place is a not so hidden gem on the waterfront. I was so impressed with the friendly, helpful wait staff and the clean warm atmosphere. The owner/cook was so gracious and came round the tables to check on the enjoyment of his guests, just wonderful. I was informed he treats his staff like family, and that matters in this world. The food itself was juicy, crispy, homemade in all the right places. The drinks were fantastic, and if you're a beer person there is so many eclectic choices. Try the homemade ceasar salad dressing and the burbon bbq burgers! I will certainly be back.

Nice cozy place with great food, we randomly picked it for dinner passing by as the patio had a nice view. Everyone was nice and friendly. We ordered the Santorini for two buy could not finish it and left over was enough for the next day lunch. The chef paid us a visit to check if we like the food. A bit pricy but the quality and portion size was worth it.

All the staff at Fifty Parallel are extremely focused on providing excellent customer service to all their patrons. Peter, the owner, loves to walk around and personally check on your food and service - keep up the great work team!

Frequented Peter & Colleens previous Acropolis location. Thrilled to see what they have done with this new place. Food is awesome, social room area has amazing views & great atmosphere with just the right amount of hustle & bustle. The newly opened dining room does not disappoint if you rather some quieter fine dining. Decor is fabulous, their staff attitudes & promptness truly show they love what they do. Hats off to you both for providing Campbell River with such a wonderful place to enjoy a great meal.

Good food, great service, nice location. Our server was really fun and COVID measures are in place. Everything we ordered was delicious, especially the calamari. Appies were big enough for 4 to share. Drinks were good

Nice place. Good views. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy. The staff was attentive and on point. The prices are a little high, but the quality of the food was amazing. I'd suggest it to anyone interested.
